Amelia Inez Wolf

September 26, 1940 - February 25, 2026

Amelia Inez Wolf known as Emily or Aunt Mellie to her many nieces and nephews passed away at the age of 85 on Feb. 25, 2026. Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Sept.26, 1940 to Guadalupe and Manuel Diaz as the youngest of eight children. Emily was raised in the shadow of Little Flower Church where her father worked in the print shop for the Carmelite fathers. The close-knit neighborhood and the church fostered lifelong friendships and a strong devotion to the Catholic faith. Emily attended St. Mary’s High school where she was a cheerleader, enjoyed attending football games and the Friday night sock-hops. After high school she married and had four boys Michael, Stephen, Edward and Matthew. She became an expert in everything related to raising boys, a licensed practical nurse, and a passionate Notre Dame football fan. She later married John Wolf of Enid, Oklahoma and gained a daughter Sherri and son Phillip. After retiring, she volunteered at the hospital gift shop until John also retired and they traveled the US as RV nomads, making friends wherever they went. They eventually settled in Casa Grande, AZ where she was very happy playing cards and socializing with her friends. After John’s passing she moved to Town Village in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she was known for her outgoing personality and colorful coordinated outfits.
Emily was preceded in death by her parents- Guadalupe and Manuel, her husband John Wolf, her son Edward and her siblings Manuel, Edward, Estella, Carmen, Mary Helen and John.

She is survived by sister Esther Hulse, son Michael Bradshaw (DeLaina) children Sheridan, Max, Erika, Lauren, Erik and Derik, son Stephen Bradshaw (Eileen) children Lucie, Brendan and Clare, son Matthew Bradshaw (Shelley) child Josh, daughter Sherri Lunday (Rick) children Jennifer and Cory and son Phillip Wolf (Mindy) children Greyson, Harrison and Jackson.
