Christmas in the Park

Christmas in the Park Moved to Dec. 20

ENID, OK - Due to forecasted low temperatures expected to reach around 15 degrees Fahrenheit, with wind chills down in the single digits on Saturday, December 13, the City of Enid Parks and Recreation Department has rescheduled the annual “Christmas in the Park” to Saturday, December 20, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Meadowlake Park.

Residents, visitors, and families will be welcomed to enjoy an evening filled with holiday-themed crafts, hands-on activities, and festive photo opportunities with characters throughout the park.

Featured crafts and activities include cookie decorating, ornament making, reindeer food, snowball shooters, picture frames, color-your-own puzzles, and letters to Santa. Complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider will also be available.

This family-friendly event is free for all ages. The Enid Kiwanis Club will operate the carousel, toddler cars/airplanes, Ferris Wheel, and Santa Train for a small fee of $1–$2 per ride, per person.

Meadowlake Park is located at 1200 West Rupe Avenue, Enid, OK 73701. For more info on the events, go to: Enid.org/ChristmasInThePark.
