Enid, OK - The Enid Police Department is currently looking for Jose Cruz Belis in reference to Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. On September 19th, 2017 Jose assaulted a Detective who was conducting a follow up on an investigation. Jose is described as a Hispanic Male, 6’0” and 200 lbs. Jose was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black pants with a red stripe on them.
