The Mass of Christian Burial Celebrating and honoring the life of José Trinidad Hernandez will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday August 26, 2026 in the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Father Miller officiating. Services and Burial will follow at a later date in Panteón Municipal de Acatic at a later date. The services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings, A life celebration home.
José was born August 27, 1958, in Jalisco Mexico to his parents, Ramón Hernández López and Josefina De La Torre Alcantar.
He was raised and educated in Jalisco. He worked as a a field hand between the United States and Mexico. He married the love of his life Candelaria Sánchez Aguirre March 1, 1979, in the Templo De La Candelaria, in Mexico. Upon moving to Enid in 2001, he worked at Tyson Foods as an Operator until his retirement.
He had a passion for traveling and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife Candelaria Sanchez Aguirre, his nine children; twenty-three grandchildren and ten siblings.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ramón Hernández López and Josefina De La Torre Alcantar.
