ENID, OK – Oh, the places you’ll go at Oklahoma Bible Academy! OBA is thrilled to present Seussical the Musical by MTI on March 6th and 7th. This whimsical, colorful, and toe-tapping show brings Dr. Seuss’s beloved characters to life with dazzling music, zany fun, and heartwarming lessons about friendship, imagination, and believing in yourself.
Our first showing will take place on Friday, March 6th at 6:30 PM. On Saturday, March 7th, join us for a special Character Luncheon from 1:00–1:45 PM, where Horton, the Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, and more will greet fans, pose for photos, and serve up a delightful afternoon of fun and laughter. Showtimes for Saturday are 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Tickets to the 1:00 PM Character Luncheon include a Dr. Seuss themed buffet with sandwiches, sides and treats, and a ticket to the 2:00 PM musical showing!
Adding to the magic, the stage will feature incredible 15-foot books that bring your favorite characters to life with giant pages that flip, pop, and transport audiences right into the whimsical world of Seuss.
“Our students have been hopping, bopping, and tip-toppling their way through rehearsal,” says Bonnie Throckmorton, the show’s director. “Seussical is such a joyful, whimsical experience, and with these towering books, it’s even more spectacular. We can’t wait for the community to see it!”
