The funeral service for Charles Christian Boepple, an 88-year-old Goltry resident will be held at 1:00 p.m. On Saturday, November 29, 2025, in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Covington Cemetery. Rev. Gail Edmison will officiate.
Charles was born June 19, 1937, in Covington to Christian and Gladys (Cutter) Boepple and passed on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in Oklahoma City. He attended Covington High School and graduating with the class of 1955. He then joined the United States Army where he served for two years.
Charles and his wife Frances moved to Goltry, Oklahoma in 1969 where he worked at the Goltry State Bank for 42 years. His passion was farming, which he continued until his death.
Charles was a very well respected, and an upstanding citizen in his community. He was a man of his word, He always said, " What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong." He was a man of great faith, and there was nothing he wouldn't do to help someone. He loved his family and loved showing them off. Charles will be greatly missed by many!
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Frances Boepple, two daughters Penny and husband Rocky Bradley of OKC and Darla and Alan Moody of Norman, OK. Five grandsons, Tyler and Keri Pabst of Norman, Hunter Moody of Norman, Brandon and Nicole Bradley of OKC, Kyle and Lesley Bradley of OKC, and Logan and Kelby Bradley of Piedmont. 10 great-grandchildren, Braiden Bradley, Laikyn Bradley, Keiragan Bradley, Anistyn Bradley, Beckham Bradley, Landri Bradley, Ellis Bradley and Hutton Bradley, Dylan Pabst and Ethan Pabst, and one great-great-granddaughter Wrenly. One brother Lloyd Boepple and his wife Mary of El Reno, Oklahoma. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Cade Boepple of Bridge Creek and his nephew Randy Boepple.
