“H” is a renowned contemporary western artist from Kremlin, Oklahoma, who is responsible for numerous works of public art in the state. He has generously worked with different, non-profit organizations to fund theser pieces of public art, helping raise money for such organizations before earning his own artistic fee. Mr Holden’s works are represented in collections of all major western art museums as well as by private collectors of western heritage. CURTIS D. TUCKER, Cartoonist/Graphic Designer

Curtis, the creator of Shaggy Duck Studios. He is a forty something graphic designer that enjoys the fun things in life, including his wife, his two little girls and dreaming of riding the big wave. Born in Texas 1962, he says “I grew up an Air Force brat. I spent a few of my younger years living in Turkey and parts of Oklahoma, finally ending up in Enid. I graduated in 1981 from Enid High School where I taught myself to draw cartoons on the blackboards. From there I journeyed to three different colleges, honing my skills as a graphic designer. I have an Associate of Arts Degree, Bachelor of Graphic Advertising Design Degree and have completed a semester towards a Bachelor of E-Commerce Degree. I am now a full-time freelance cartoon illustrator creating logos for companies all over the world.” Some of his local logos include: Leonardo’s, Cherokee Strip Centennial Flag design, 1989, 1991, 1992 KATT Radio Calendar Design, SplashZone, the first Enid/Vance Partners in the Sky design, Pastimes, etc.

AMANDA LAMUNYON, Impressionistic Artist

An impressionistic artist. What’s so amazing is that she started painting when she was 9. Amanda LaMunyon is now an 13-year-old girl who has exceptional artistic talent and who also has Asperger’s syndrome, which according to a Web site about the disorder is a milder form of autism that is characterized by social isolation and eccentric behavior in childhood.
Amanda sells her artwork on her website and has donated a portion of the proceeds to Children’s Medical Research Institute in Oklahoma City.
