There will be a road closure on a portion of East Chestnut Avenue between North 8th Street and North 9th Street, allowing contractors to complete a full Concrete Repair.
During this construction effort, residents are requested to find alternative parking, as there will be no access to driveways.
As always, this closure will be contingent on the weather.
Motorists are encouraged to follow posted traffic control signs and to drive with extreme caution in this area during the construction.

There will be an intersection closure at East Locust Avenue and North 19th Street allowing contractors to complete full concrete repairs to the area.
During this construction effort, residents are requested to find alternative parking, as there will be no access to driveways.

Friday, June 5 from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
The City of Enid would like to notify residents, business owners, and visitors of temporary road closures associated with the upcoming First Friday Summer Celebration scheduled for Friday, June 5, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. downtown Enid. To allow for event setup and ensure public safety, designated road closures will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Two access points will remain open to accommodate downtown employees and businesses at the conclusion of the workday. These remaining access points will close at 5:30 p.m. prior to the start of the event.
Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes around the square and use caution when traveling near the event area. Barricades and traffic control devices will be in place throughout the closure period.

There will be intermittent lane closures for the eastbound and westbound traffic on a portion of West Randolph Avenue from North Garland Road and North Oakwood Road and there will be single lane access for traffic to allow contractors to complete road repairs.

There will be a planned water outage in this area of North Grand Avenue from East Hickory Avenue to West Vine Avenue, allowing contractors to complete a full waterline tie-in.

There will be a lane closure on West Elm Avenue at the intersections of North Jackson Street and West Elm Avenue. The eastbound lane will be closed to through traffic, allowing contractors to complete concrete repairs.

There will be intermittent lane closures on East Broadway Avenue from North Van Buren Street to South University Boulevard allowing crews to complete road repairs. Flagging operations will be set up to allow traffic to continue in both directions along East Broadway Avenue during the lane closures.

There will be a lane closure for the Westbound lane of Indian Drive between South Van Buren Street and Sequoya Drive and for Westbound lane of West Indiana Avenue between South Jackson Street and South Van Buren Street, allowing crews to tie in a new waterline into the existing line.
