Bob was born to Cliff and Edna Sade (Roark) Kelly on June 21, 1945, in San Diego, California, and passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at his home in Enid.
Bob has lived in Enid for over 53 years. He was a local business owner for 35 years, owing Your Car Store, and Mid America Towing Service. He loved racing cars, riding motorcycles, and big boats. If it went fast, Bob enjoyed it!

Bob is survived by his sons Austin Kelly of Enid, and Micah Kelly of Sayre; brothers Terry Kelly (Joan) of Broken Arrow, and Jim Prentice of Oklahoma City; 2 grandchildren; and longtime companion Shirly Hamm and his dog Girl Girl.
