Randy Phillips, of Enid, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 in Enid. A celebration of his life will be held on a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.
Randy was born, in Enid, to Bobby and Lenora (Hess) Phillips. He attended Enid Public Schools where he participated in the Enid High School Band. He graduated in 1973, and then attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where he studied electrical engineering. He then went on to work for Champlin Petroleum, and eventually moved to Texas where he worked for Electronic Data Systems.
Randy was loved by many friends and family who deeply miss him. He is survived by two daughters, Lindsay, of Allen, TX, and Ashley, of Flower Mound, TX. Six grandchildren also survive him; Mackenzie, MaKayla, Hayden, Karter, Bryson and Baylee; as well as four great-grandchildren, Karson, Kohen, Baylor and Luka. He is also survived by three siblings, Jim, Rick, and Joy. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Lenora Phillips.
