Funeral service for Patsy Walton, 76, will be Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 10:00 am in Anderson-Burris Chapel. Burial will follow in Bison Cemetery, Bison, Oklahoma.
Patsy was born on March 1, 1949, in Enid, Oklahoma to Donald and Anna (Patocka) Aten and passed away on November 11, 2025, in Oklahoma City.
She grew up in Bison and went through 6th grade at the Catholic School. Patsy went to Waukomis junior high and high school, graduating in 1967. On May 3, 1968, she married Charles Walton in Bison. They made their home in Okeene and Woodward, Oklahoma before settling in Enid in 1984. Patsy went to Autry Tech and received her certified nursing aide degree. She worked for many years at Greenbrier Nursing Home, retiring in 2004. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and flower gardening. Patsy and Charlie enjoyed traveling, they made it to 44 states and Canada.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Patsy is survived by her husband, Charles; two daughters and their husbands, Sheila and Wes Sibit and Shannon and Brian Wise; two grandchildren Levi Sibit and Katie (Elijah) Smith; brother, Terrell Aten; sister and husband, Ada and Frank Vaverka; other relatives and friends.
