And a great time for that will be this weekend, June 6-7, during Oklahoma's Free Fishing Days, which allow people to fish without a state fishing license. Enjoy food trucks, music, a bounce house, games and fireworks. - ![]() The Enid Youth Fishing Clinic will be held at Meadowlake Park on June 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Fishing poles and bait will be provided for all registered participants. Spots were filling up fast. Please register each child separately. Boats must be made before the race and must be built from cardboard and duct tape. No additional building materials are allowed. Paddles must also be made out of cardboard and duct tape. Boats may be a maximum width of 60 inches (5ft) and a maximum length of 84 inches (7ft). Teams must consist of four people, however, there can only be two people in the boat.
