Dr. Billy “Bill” Allen Foreman

OI822176519_BillyForemanPictureDr. Billy “Bill” Allen Foreman died on the 10th day of March, 2016 from the effects of congestive heart failure. He was 77 years old at the time of his death.

Bill was born on November 13th, 1938 in Perkins, Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Faye Allison Foreman, and six children; Allison Bradford (husband-Jamie) of North Richland Hills, Texas, Erinn Cooper (husband-Eric) of San Antonio, Texas, Gretchen Figge (husband-David) of Herriman, Utah, Dr. Joshua Foreman (wife-Michelle) of Trophy Club, Texas, Dr. Caleb Foreman (wife-Salena) of Mountain Home, Arkansas, and Liesl West (husband-Kris) of New Castle, Colorado. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.Bill was raised in Fort Wayne Indiana. He joined the Armed Forces in 1956 serving actively in the Army for three years after which he served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Southern Far East Mission in Hong Kong for 3 years. He then attended the University of Oklahoma where he obtained both a BA and a MA degree. Afterward he returned to Hong Kong as an undercover agent for the United States Central Intelligence Agency for approximately 10 years. After resigning from the CIA, he eventually returned to the University of Oklahoma thereby earning his PhD in Educational Psychology. Throughout the rest of his life, he served many callings for his church and taught in various colleges and universities. Bill was known as a brilliant teacher and for having an outgoing personality.

His memorial will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 1506 W Imhoff Rd, Norman, OK on Friday, the 25th day of March 6:30 pm. Bill has made the request that in Lieu of flowers donations be made for his end of life costs. https://www.gofundme.com/e8tkj55w
