A Celebration of Life for Donna Jean (McIntosh) Lehman, age 79, of Mead, OK, formerly of Enid, is 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor John A. Britton of North Woodlawn Baptist Church, Derby, KS, and formerly pastor at Bethel Baptist Church of Enid, will officiate. Burial will follow in Enid Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Donna Jean was born March 11, 1937 in Enid to Zina McIntosh and Edith (Moran) McIntosh, and passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 in Mead, Oklahoma.
She married Richard “Sam” Lehman on June 1, 1958 at the Bethel Baptist Church in Hawley, OK.
Donna Jean is preceded in death by her parents Zina and Edith McIntosh; a daughter, Ladonna Lehman; son Gregory Alan Lehman; and sister, Glendeen Roberts.
She is survived by her husband Richard “Sam” Lehman, of the home in Mead; one daughter, Laurie Gauley and husband Ike, of Ringwood, OK; three grandchildren, Lacey Hanly and husband Michael, of Brandon, MS; Samantha Winegeart and husband Tanner, of Meno, OK; Dustin Schuh of Flowood, MS; a great-grandson, Hayven Hanly and a sister Billie Foster of Enid.
