Cornelius Martin (Neal) "Papa" Coleman

Cornelius Martin Coleman (Neal) (PAPA) was born September 22, 1938 to Gertrude and Jack Coleman in Enid, Oklahoma. Papa passed away on November 28, 2016 in his home.

Papa was a chef in the Army. His passion for cooking continued until his death. In Phoenix, Neal worked for the Honeywell Aviation department on commercial aircraft radar. Neal was married to Lynda Buller on July, 2 1970. They were married for 47 years. Making their life in Phoenix, Neal and Lynda enjoyed spending time with eat other, watching TV and enjoying family.Papa loved each and every grandchild and great-grandchild. He even loved many friends of the children and great-grandchildren.Papa was known well for his smoking meats, cookies, tiramisu, BBQ sauce, and chili.
Papa was loved by so many and will always be remembered for his cowboy hat and western pearl snapped shirts.

He is survived by his wife, Lynda; his children and their spouses, Mark and Mischelle, Marty and Renee from Colorado, Teresa and Mat, Shelley , Tim form Oklahoma, Pam from Arizona and Bryan and Kari from Iowa; Grandchildren, Kody, Ryan, Nicholas, Mikey, Steven, Chris, Garret, Amber, Dustin, Sarah, Jennifer, Stephanie, Greg, Andrew, Kristie and Tawny. Papa has 14 great-grandchildren; one sister Mary and her husband Jonnie Joe; many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other friends.
