A graveside service for Brian Charles Sturgeon, age 49, of Florida, will be at 3:30 PM Friday, August 12, 2016 at the Ames Cemetery, with Rev. Mike Sturgeon officiating. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
Brian was born to Charles and Dea Anna (Galusha) Sturgeon on September 8, 1966, in Enid, and passed away Monday, August 8, 2016, in Fort Walton, Florida.
Brian grew up in Enid, where he graduated from high school in 1985. He was a member of Enid High School Band. After living in the Tulsa area for about 30 years, he moved to Florida in 2013. Brian loved fishing, cooking, and his drums.
He is survived by two daughters, Erika and Ashley Sturgeon, both of Kellyville; his parents Charles “Chuck” and Dea Anna Sturgeon, of Enid; and two brothers, Mike and Bud Sturgeon.
