Amy was born on September 25, 1977, in Wichita, KS to Danny and Mary Biggerstaff. Amy went home to our Lord on October 13, 2025, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Amy grew up in Medford, OK and graduated from Medford High School in 1996. After graduation, Amy attended Oklahoma State University and graduated with a marketing degree in 2000.
Amy spent a majority of her career in the radio marketing business and had a passion for networking. She did not know a stranger. Wherever she went or whatever she was doing, she always knew a friend. Amy was an avid Oklahoma State fan and was always sporting stylish boots and other OSU cowboy apparel. She enjoyed attending OSU football games and other Stillwater events. Amy was a talented artist and had a passion for drawing. She was also known for appreciating the beauty of nature, frequently capturing pictures of sunsets and the farm.
Amy moved back to Medford in 2012 and lived there for her remaining days. She was proud to say she grew up on a farm in the small town of Medford. Amy loved all the lifelong friendships she had in the community. Her nieces and nephews always enjoyed getting bubble gum, suckers, and popsicles at her house. Amy was a lifelong Catholic, and her faith was very important to her. She attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pond Creek, OK
Amy is survived by her parents, siblings Lori (Bobby) Gonzales and children Eli, Ethan, the late Elyn, Elena, Elea, and Eliot, Megan (Mark) Drees and children Mason, Maddie, and Max, Jeff (Haley) Biggerstaff children Aiden, Ian, Levi, and Collin all from Medford, and Joe (Kristi) Biggerstaff children Grant, Grace, and Nolan of Garden Plain, KS. Grandparents are the late Jack and Joan Biggerstaff and the late Ben and Deloris Kilian. *Memorials can be made to Wounded Warriors through Bank 7 in Medford, OK. Checks need to made out to Jeff Biggerstaff or Megan Drees.
**Rosary for Amy will be held at 7:00 pm, Sunday, October 19, 2025 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Medford and a Mass at 10:00 am Monday, October 20, 2025. Viewing is available Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm at Stittsworth Funeral Home in Medford, OK ( 117 E. Cherokee).
