Nancy was born on December 9, 1944 in Garden City, Kansas to Samuel and Ann Deines and passed away on November 17, 2018 at her home with her family by her side.

She grew up many places following her father’s work in the oilfield. Nancy graduated from Hennessey High School. On July 21, 1962, she married Dale Buckner in Enid. They had three children, which they raised on their family dairy farm in Hennessey, Oklahoma. Nancy enjoyed her work at the Hennessey Clipper. Dale and Nancy lived in Texas for several years, before returning to Enid in 1994. Nancy loved her family and especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Milly, Kathy, and Jane.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Dale “Randy”; three children, Christie Buckner, Julie and husband, David Moeller, all of Enid, and Buddy Buckner of Hennessey; two grandchildren, Randy and Cayti Moeller; her dog, Chip; other relatives and many friends.
