ENID, OK - OPEN FORUM: Northern Oklahoma Development Authority (NODA)/ DBA Cherokee Strip Transit, a rural public transportation system, is holding an open forum for the community’s input into our Section 5311 transportation plan as in previous years. This will allow for ideas and input that may be included in their application process. Your thoughts, ideas and opinions are welcome.
