There have been cases where the black tank cars actually allow your headlights to shine on the road because the tank cars are up high enough and there is really nothing under them to block the light. Driving into trains passing over a crossing is a real problem in this country and the railroads refuse to pay for reflective tape to be installed on the sides of all rolling stock.]]></description>
