SALES ANALYST - No Man's Land

SALES ANALYST

Position Summary:

Provides support to the Sales Team by providing excellent customer service to existing and potential customers. Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the sales team, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. Ensure order satisfaction, coordinate with other departments, handle administrative tasks, and promote customer satisfaction.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

 Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or related sales or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and sales/customer service experience is required.
 Two or more years of experience in sales.
 Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration is advantageous.
 Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and computer skills.
 Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
 The ability to work independently.

The Sales Analyst is required to interact with other managers, vendors, and customers. Therefore, the

Specifics:

M-F – 40 or more hours a week
Exempt Position
Compensation depends upon experience, education, and skill.
4 year Bachelor degree is required, but experience may allow exceptions.
