Enid Arts Fundraiser: Grains of Creativity Presentation: Joe Castillo, Sand Artisan Joe Castillo is widely regarded as the world's premier sand artist - a visionary storyteller. His work is often described as awe-inspiring, powerful, moving, and viscerally unforgettable.
