Ladusau-Evans Advance Planning Seminar

Please RSVP by clicking "Sign Up" below, and join us for a FREE Advance Planning Seminar on Thursday, September 10, at 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home (2800 N Van Buren, Enid, OK). Learn about legal tools (Kelli Schovanec, Attorney), Medicaid & long-term care (OKDHS Rep for Garfield County), veterans affairs (DAV Rep in Garfield County) and advance funeral planning (Bonnie Espinoza, Preplanning Specialist). You will receive a FREE information packet! RSVP today to reserve your spot as there is limited seating! We will be social distancing, using increased sanitation, and limiting the number of attendees to the state mandated figures in effect at that time.
