Kites Over Enid
The 2025 Kites over Enid Festival will be held April 26-27 at the Richard Dermer Memorial Flying Field behind Autry Technology Center.
April is National Kite Month, and the goal of Kites Over Enid is to introduce – or reintroduce – the joy of flying a kite to children and adults alike.
Saturday
10 am: National Anthem and Opening Welcome
1 pm: All White Kite Memorial Fly
4 pm: Closing
Sunday
10 am: National Anthem and Welcome
1 pm: Red, White & Blue Display
4 pm: Closing & Gratitude
Wings of the Wind Kite Store will be on site as the kite vendor. Food trucks will be on site both days.
Richard Dermer Memorial Flying Field behind Autry Technology Center, located at 1201 W Willow. Flying field accessible only from N. Van Buren. Turn west on Mulberry and proceed to field. Parking is on the grass east of the flying field.
