I remember being told that my great, great aunt Laura’s house used to be a hospital and this picture looks a lot like I remember her house looking (in the 50′s & 60′s). Interesting that, if I figure rightly, this address given on the pic would have been just across the alley from her house, which I think was on the corner of Pine and Washington across the street from what was the bus station. She willed her property to the Salvation Army and her house is now gone.
I’m just wondering if any more is known about the hospital history of her house.
