Thank you everyone who traveled from 7 states to share your love, support, and kind words at Tim's celebration of life party in Colorado Springs. He would have been so incredibly happy seeing so many family and friends together in one place!

After losing his father at age 10, George Patrick (Tim) Holden took on many roles. He did that his entire life. He was a big brother, protector, father figure, Grampy, and friend to his family. Tim filled every role the best he could, which was better than anyone else ever could have done. He never wasted an opportunity to tell his family that he loved them and that he was proud of them.

Tim loved life more than anyone we've ever known. He could often be seen with a big smile on his face as he joked with his grandchildren or told one of his amazing stories that made him the best person to sit next to at a party. His stories came from a colorful life, filled with international travel, armed forces service, and his prolific career. In those stories, his admirable ethics and honesty always shone through. He taught us what it meant to be a good person, and we are all grateful for that gift.

His lessons, his morals, and his spirit will live on through us all and we're much better off for it.
