Western Enterprises brought a Japanese fireworks company to Enid to put on a display of daytime fireworks. They use bright colored smoke and parachutes that float down from the sky. The Japanese company has the patent on these fireworks and shot a video of Wednesday’s display to use at the National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, D.C. later this month. [...]
