The auction for the Broadway Tower ended before it began. Interested parties were unable to meet the auction purchase requirements so negotiations have moved to private negotiations.

A trailer hauling an underground gasoline tank tipped and the tanker ended up blocking Highway 81. Police blocked all traffic as a crane was brought in to move the tank.
