ENID, OK - The Loaves and Fishes Citywide Fall Food Drive is Sunday, September 29th. Volunteers will begin canvassing neighborhoods at 1:00pm on that day. They are in need of volunteers to help sort & receive food at their facility (701 E Maine). Anyone interested in volunteering can contact the pantry at 580/540-9830.

The Citywide Food Drive is an opportunity that comes twice a year for the city of Enid to help fill the pantries of our hungry neighbors. The most needed items in this year’s drive are chunky soups, peanut butter, cereal, tuna, coffee, canned fruits and vegetables, shampoo and conditioner, soap and lotion. Homemade foods or foods that are opened cannot be accepted.

In addition to being able to put food out on their porches, if people forget or can't put food out on their porch for any reason, they can bring their donations (food or financial) to our Box Truck which will be parked in the Jumbo parking lot (on Willow) from 1:00 - 3:00 on Sunday, the 30th. If the food that you set out for Loaves & Fishes gets missed, after 4:00 p.m. you can call the pantry (540-9830) and leave a message with your address and they will send a volunteer to come pick it up.
