Hours for the rides are 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 3:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and 12:30 to 9 p.m. on holidays. Take a ride on the carousel, which is being restored by Enid Kiwanis Club. Admission is $1.50 per person. Kiddie rides on cars and planes are 50 cents a spin. Climb aboard the Kiwani Train, which circles the park. Admission is $1.50 per person. Need a break to watch all the fun? Whet your whistle with soda and water at the train depot, hosted by the local Kiwanis and Lions clubs. Meadowlake Park also has a lake to fish in, playground equipment, a walking trail, a place to pitch horseshoes, and pavilions to lounge under. To rent a pavilion for family gatherings or company parties, call 234-4000 ext. 313. Reservations, which are actually permits that guarantee you the pavilion on the days you choose, range from $15 for small pavilions and $25 for medium pavilions to $45 for large pavilions. Skatetown Enid Joint Recreation Triad maintains a USSSA Sanction Enid Baseball League, summer program with the intent of providing the children of Enid and the surrounding area an opportunity to play organized recreational baseball without regard to race, religion, sex or ability to play. An Enid baseball commission administers the summer league and is charged with the responsibility of keeping the program operational with the children's best interest in mind.
