ENID, OK - Heavy rain fell on Enid Wednesday night causing flash flooding all over the city. Many main roadways were covered in water well over the curbs. Official Mesonet 12 hour rainfall amounts in the area only showed .61" to 1.41" in Garfield County but the flooding was caused by how quickly it fell.
