EPS to Release Online Payment Program

Enid Public Schools is rolling out a new online program that will make it easier to pay for student fees, fundraisers, donations, field trips, and more.
-
All EPS campuses will begin accepting online payments, using credit cards and debit cards, this Wednesday.
-
The system, known as InTouch, will provide a more convenient method for parents to take care of payments for their students without the worry of money being misplaced between home and school.
-
“We are very excited to offer online payments for parents,” Dr. Sam Robinson, Chief Financial/Operations Officer, said. “Life is busy, and we know that every convenience matters. We have had many requests for this service in the past, and InTouch has provided us with a safe and secure way to offer it for our families.”
-
In order to use InTouch, parents must have an account set up in PowerSchool Parent Portal, the same system that allows parents to view their child’s attendance, grades and more.

Parents with an existing PowerSchool Parent Portal account should visit ok-enid.intouchreceipting.com and follow the directions on the screen. If a student has outstanding obligations, such as a lost textbook, those must be paid first. Once obligations (if any) are fulfilled, parents will be able to select from a list of options including paying for child nutrition balances, parking permits, and more.
-
Parents without access to PowerSchool Portal are encouraged to stop by their child’s school with a photo ID to receive their Parent Portal username and password. They will then have access to their child’s grades and attendance, as well as the InTouch payment system.
-
“We hope parents will take advantage of this option as quickly as they can,” Robinson said. “Not only will the Parent Portal provide the convenience of online payments, but it will also allow parents to keep up to date about their child’s school progress.”
-
In addition to managing online payments, InTouch also will give parents digital access to receipts for all cash and checks payments handled at EPS campuses.
-
Payment for breakfast and lunch will continue to be available through EZ School Pay as well as In Touch through December. Beginning January 2019 all breakfast and lunch online payments will need to be made through the InTouch system. Parents are always welcome to pay at their child’s school by cash or check, Robinson said.
