ENID ICE STORM OF JANUARY 2002

Frozen tree limbs frame a van Thursday on the road in Enid. The area along with most of northwest Oklahoma was left without power after trees and powerlines collapsed as a result of this week's ice storm that has left more than 170,000 customers without electricity. A spokesman with OG&E said this will be the most expensive storm in the 100-year history of the company.
