Enid High Big Blue Band Alumni Reunion The Big Blue Band is having a huge Alumni reunion!! Anyone that has been in the Enid High Big Blue Band at any time is invited to the reunion! An Alumni band night is being planned for 12 Sep 2008. “We are looking for past band members, color guard and feature twirlers,” said Martin Good, one of the organizers of the reunion. Committees will be formed to discuss plans for the reunion. Separate committees will organize the pre-game dinner, music distribution, instruments and uniform T-shirts.Former band members may go the Big Blue Band’s Web site at www.bigblueband.net. The e-mail is bigblueband@sbcglobal.net. Cost is $30 and includes a T-shirt and dinner. Dress will be alumni band T-shirt and jeans. Music can be mailed in Mid Aug to participate for $5. After party will be at Costellos in Sunset Plazza, cost is $6 for soft drinks and snacks. To register go to website. A Facebook group already has been set up and has 140 members. It is under Enid Hagh Big Blue Band Reunion 2008.The plan is to have an alumni band night during a football game at the beginning of next school year. A dinner and school tour is in the works along with a chance to play during pre-game and in the stands during the game. Big Blue Band alumni as well as color guard, twirlers and drum majors should plan to attend. If you're interested you need to email the band and send them your name, year of graduation and instrument played.
