Enid the sole focus of the season premier of AAA’s Discover Oklahoma on July 2

Many of Enid’s attractions, restaurants and shops will be featured on Saturday, July 2 during the season premier of AAA’s Discover Oklahoma, televised in Enid at 6:30 pm on KWTV Channel 9.

Enid native and Oklahoma Lieutenant Governor Todd Lamb will take host Jenifer Reynolds and the viewers on a 30-minute tour of his hometown.

The episode will include an “Enid History/Round-up” story that will touch upon Vance Air Force Base, baseball tradition, the Enid Symphony Orchestra, Railroad Museum of Oklahoma, Leona Mitchell, and Simpson’s Old Time Museum & movie studio. Magic Man Jeff Roberts will Eat His Way Around Enid, stopping at Panevino, Costello’s Continental Cuisine, Napoli’s Italian Restaurant, and Sula Korean Restaurant. Plus there will be features on the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center, Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse & Adventure Quest, and businesses in the Heritage Hills Shopping Center including Katy’s Pantry.
