Enid, OK - On 11/1/17 Officers with the Enid Police Department were dispatched to the area of 1300 W. Rupe in reference to a robbery. The victim said that she got home sometime around 10:30 P.M. or 11:00 P.M. the night of 10/31/17. The victim said that she got about halfway to her residence and an unknown male grabbed her arm and told her don't move. The victim said that the male then took her black fannie pack and a undisclosed amount of money. The victim stated that the male left west bound on foot.

The victim described the male as wearing a clown mask with multi-colored hair, black pants and black shirt.
