Enid, OK - On 11-2-17 at 1016 hours Officers were dispatched to Norma J's Liquor at 301 S. 30th in reference to shoplifting. Officers made contact with the clerk, who reported that on 10-30-17 at 1908 hours a white male and two white females entered the store and the two females collaboratively placed a bottle of "Red Electra" Moscato wine, $14.79 in value, in a large purse that was passed from one female to the other while by the wine rack. Soon after the theft, the male bought a very small bottle of vodka and then the three left.
