Call in and schedule appointments between the hours of 8am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Families can visit the diaper bank four times per year and also receive free vision and developmental screenings. They average about 70 visits per month. They serve babies and children up to age 4. In 2017 they handed out 54,000 diapers.

One in three families in the U.S. has trouble paying for diapers. Babies are exposed to health risks from reusing wet diapers or being left in a wet diaper too long. Parents often must decide to start toilet training before their baby is physically and emotionally ready. Children may not be able to attend child care without a month's worth of diapers, keeping parents out of the workforce. All these factors heighten family stress and can lead to physical and emotional trauma.
