It's the Weekend!
It's the weekend Enid and there's plenty to do around town.
The Enid Home Show starts today and runs through Sunday at the Chisholm Trail Expo Center. The show runs from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, 9 a.m. to 7 a.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $2 for adults, kids 12 and below are free.
There will be more than 300 vendors will be on hand with a wide variety of services, merchandise and helpful information.
If you happen to be running to OKC for the day or weekend, don't forget to drop by the OKC Arts Festival going on in downtown OKC. If you know of any Enid artists at the show please let us know.
A Day Without Violence observance will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at D. Bruce Selby Stadium. Admission is free. There will be free food, T-shirts to the first 100 people, games, activities and entertainment.
Garfield County Domestic Violence Task Force is sponsoring 'A Day Without Violence' as a way for the community to come together and show support for victims of crime.
And there should be plenty of garage sales going on around town. Get out and enjoy Enid!
