POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Enid, Oklahoma
Reports To: Senior Project Manager, Enid Public Schools Program
FLSA Status: Exempt
Job Description:
Responsible for the overall support of and assistance to the assigned project team. Primary responsibility is working with Architects/Engineers and Contractors in implementing a major school facilities improvement program. Assist with accounting functions, scheduling, work requests and client communications. Responsible for tracking progress and preparing reports as needed. Performs tasks as requested including, but not limited to, the following.
Primary Functions:
1. Develop project execution strategy that focus on client needs, contract requirements and will result in a successful project.
2. Develop a project management plan for each phase of each project
3. Manage and track progress of all phases of the projects and prepare progress reports.
4. Maintain all files, including correspondence and client documentation.
5. Coordinate schedules with designers, contractors and vendors.
6. Maintain constant communication with A/Es, contractors as well as with internal and external clients.
7. Prepare necessary Excel spreadsheets, print/organize financial reporting, and code invoices for payment.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements (Experience, Education, Competencies)
Experience Requires 1 to 3 years project coordination and / or administration experience supporting the project management function. Previous design/construction experience is a plus. Education & Training Architectural, Engineering or Construction degree from a university or college accredited through a Regional Accrediting Association. Concentration in construction management or a related area is preferred.

1. Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
2. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
3. Very strong interpersonal, written and communication skills.
4. Must be flexible, able to work well under pressure and possess a sense of urgency.
5. Ability to work as an integral part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
