April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month!
* April 17th We'll be at DaVinci's Coffee House (2315 W. Willow), 7:30 to 11:00 a.m., to promote Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Come enjoy the java and pick up some valuable info from the YWCA!
* April 18th Join us for "Safe, Smart, Strong!",10 am to Noon, for 3rd thru 7th graders (boys and girls welcome!). Learn boundary setting, safety tips and, of course, some self-defense techniques! Plus finger printing kits with Enid Police Department! Cost: Please donate a new teddy bear (soft & cuddly please!) which are given to victims of sexual assault at St. Mary's. For more information, contact Kayte Anton. Registration now open! Class size limited!
* April 27th The Garfield County District Attorney's 18th annual Victims' Vigil will be held at the YWCA's Conference Room at 6 p.m. Keynote address by Dreu Kopf along with a moment of remembrance for victims of crime. Open to the public.
