That Good Old Enid Weather
If you are checking in and do not live in Enid or have not lived in Enid for a period of time you may need a reminder of how fun the weather can be around here. On Tuesday we were warm and closing in on temps in the 60's. Today we'll be in the low 40's with 15-25 mile an hour wind and Thursday we are expecting snow!!
Here is how morning temps went in Enid today. I left the house at 7:15 am to run an errand. The temperature was 52 degrees and I felt almost a little warm being in a sweater. 5 minutes later a very strong wind came up as I was driving. I ran my errand and ten minutes after I left the house the temperature had fallen to 41 degrees. I left the house for a second errand one hour later and the temperature was 31 degrees! A 20 degree drop in less than an hour.
Well, as they say in Oklahoma, if you don't like the weather right now... wait a minute.
Of course today is trash day in our west side neighborhood, which is to bad because all of our trash is now been blown over to the east side. Here is what you might have seen had you been driving around this morning. I was attacked by these two pizza boxes as I drove through Indian Hills. Be on the lookout for these two desperado's. They should be somewhere near Covington by now.
