Local Band Needs YOU!!
Enid's hottest band, Philosopher Stone, is looking for a few great fans. They are quickly moving up the ranks of bands competing in the Bricktown Ballroom, Bodog Battle in Oklahoma City.
The next round of their journey takes place on December 17th at the Bricktown Ballroom. Ticket sales are very important for this round! The band has 100 tickets to sell at $10 bucks a piece. Each band member is selling tickets or you can find them on the band's MySpace account listed below. They really need Enid to get out and support the band in front of the judges and help Philosopher Stone win the $1,000,000 contract!
The top 2 bands will go on to the next round at the House of Blues in Dallas for a chance to tour the country on the reality show on FUSE! A 3rd band will go on to the next round as a 'wild card' which is decided by the number of online votes received the week after the show.
Philosopher Stone will be playing a 30 minute set and there are 12 bands total. Band member s are Billy Beck-Lead Guitar ---- Curt Daugherty-Drums ---- David Keller-Guitar/Vox -- Martin Henry-Bass/Vox.
Get out and hear some great music from a terrific Enid band.
