Happy 100 Oklahoma!
The state of Oklahoma is 100 years old today and there are tons of activities going on in Enid and around the state all weekend.
• The Grand National Quail Hunt wraps up today with the CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND
GRAND NATIONAL. The hunting ends at 3:00 p.m.. There will be an Awards Reception at the Cherokee Strip Conference Center at 7:00 p.m.
• The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center will host a guest speaker who will present a first-person impression of Deputy United States Marshal Bill Tilghman. Guthrie native Bill Ward will give the presentation. This event begins at noon today.
• There will be a Choir Centennial at Enid First Assembly, 905 N. Oakwood, at 7 p.m. Nov. 16 and 6 p.m. Nov. 17 and Nov. 18. A spiritually inspiring choir event, the Centennial celebration will feature live music, drama and multi-media to commemorate Oklahoma’s grand heritage.
• The Mega Mud And Moto show takes place at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Chisholm Trail Coliseum. Many of the best mud bog competition trucks will compete in a four-foot deep, 125-foot long pit of mud.
Saturday night will also showcase the top motocross riders competing for cash and trophies. Practice is open to the public and begins at 10 a.m. and heat races start at 2 p.m.

• Panevino, 124 W. Randolph, will host Nashville recording artist TJ Klay from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday night. Klay will also perform at Enid Maine Church of Nazarene at 10:45 a.m. Sunday and Monday evening at University Place Christian Church, 2107 E Broadway.
Klay is a harmonica artist and also plays the mandolin and guitar.
