Spring Forward!
Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday for Enid, Oklahoma and you will either lose an hour of sleep or find yourself an hour behind. Set your clocks ahead one hour before you go to bed tonight if you don't want to be late to church on Sunday.
It is also a good time to replace the batteries in your smoke detectors.
DST ends on Oct. 29 when the country returns to Standard Time. Congress has passed a law extending the dates of Daylight Saving Time, but it won't take effect until 2007. DST will then start three weeks earlier, on March 11, and will end one week later, on Nov. 4.
